Return & Exchange

At Weysion.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your costume purchase, we offer a Return & Exchange Policy to help you find the perfect costumes. Please review the following guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns: You may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges: We allow exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.

Custom-made or personalized costumes may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Returns: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment.

Exchanges: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request an exchange authorization (EA) number. This number must be included with your exchange shipment.

3. Packaging Your Return or Exchange

Place the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging.

Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Write the RA or EA number provided by our customer support team on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return or exchange, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will process it within 2-3 business days.

6. Refunds and Credits

For approved returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.

Exchanges will be processed, and your replacement item will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
